REFUNDS POLICY
Please note we recommend using a traceable service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost.
We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit.
All Lucy Nagle items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 20 days for a refund.
If the Products delivered are defective, not what you ordered, or damaged on delivery please notify us straight away and in any event within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange for the Products to be collected
